Our story
Our founder and CEO Sandrine Zhang Ferron was searching for her perfect piece: a yellow Poul Volther chair. Frustrated by months spent trawling fairs, shops and online, Sandrine had an idea. What if shopping pre-loved was just as easy as shopping new? And so, she created Vinterior.
Thousands of orders later, Sandrine is still committed to Vinterior's vision for the future of furniture, helping more and more people fall in love with pre-loved.
Oh - and she still loves her yellow chair.

At Vinterior, we understand that sometimes a piece may not be the perfect fit once it's in your home.
That's why we offer a 14-day return policy, allowing you to return any item within 14 days from the date of delivery for any reason.
How it works

- Click on "Create a return" and select the item you wish to return from your order history.
- Include the reason for the return and attach photos of any damage if the item is faulty.
- Submit the return request, and our team will review it before processing your return and refund.
- Our team will support you through the return. Providing expert guidance on packing, courier recommendations, and help manage any queries through the process.
